Fail-a-Thon 2022

Sara Orellana, MS, MPH

Owner: 3Raptor Consulting & Sincerely Sara O

Tagline: Passionately pursue your dreams and goals

By day, I am a business and nonprofit consultant. I help leaders, organizations, entrepreneurs, businesses, and nonprofits achieve their goals by providing quality resources designed to provide them with the tools and resources needed to achieve their goals. By night, I am a writer. Using experiences, observations, and interactions, I write blogs, columns, and books, including recipe books.

My ultimate goal is to build a brand which allows me to spend my days investing in others, watching their dreams become a reality. I aspire to be a best-selling author, who is one day invited to the Met Gala. My current goal is to become certified as a personal trainer and teach people the power of physical fitness and the positive impact it can have on their professional goals.

No matter what I achieve in my professional life, by far my biggest achievement is and will always be my child. Having raised a child who confidently knew who they were at 16, and at 18 could stand their own ground has made me the proudest mom in the world.

My love of traveling and history has gotten me into some pretty interesting situations, especially internationally.

Corey Gulley

I was born in Fort Worth, Texas on January 19 th in the year of 1983. My mother was my father, which I salute entirely regardless of the cards I was dealt in my life. My great grandmother raised me which was in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I never graduated high school due to following the wrong and influential group that is labeled a gang. I attended job corps in Mckinney, Texas and a year later I had my first child. Today he is twenty one years old and he is incarcerated for five years. I have a total of three children and I have no siblings at all. I have been deployed to a combat zone for a total of four times which totaled 4,172 combat patrols. On average, my life was at risk of being stopped a million times, it is just that I do not know that. I have been at rock bottom at least twice in my life, in my opinion, but everyone has different standards of the terminology “rock bottom”. I have been USAREUR Welterweight Champion for boxing in Germany as an amateur and I have been ranked #6 in the South Korean Boxing Management Federation. Currently, I am eighty six percent complete with my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. The goal is to attain a Masters degree before I retire in October of 2024. Upon retirement, I will transition into the hardest event for an Infantryman which is enter the civilian environment, somewhere that will not look the same. The ultimate goal is to become a Doctor as a Physical Therapist. I am a Professional Boxer that is prepared to finish what he left off due to a regroup on a mental level or else I would have lost control and jeopardized my health, even my life. This is my small brief of a biography and the details will come as I begin to share my travels and experiences in life throughout my speeches in the future. GodSpeed and never quit.
